Changes that have improved my skin/hair

* Replaced my day/night cream with argan oil.

* Using argan oil as a leave in serum for my hair.

* Eating 10 soaked almonds a day.

* Sleeping on a silk pillow.

* 100% coffee eye cream.

* Replaced bady wash with shea butter soap.

* JM color stick for my cheeks and lips.

Even my husband noticed the difference.
