There are 3 Chanel products I'd like to try and wonder if anyone has had experience with these. I'm 63 years old with alot of red in my skin, dry to very dry and very sensitive. Everytime I try to save a little $ on beauty products, I end up with dry patches or a reaction so then I throw the products out. I use Kate Somerville goat milk creme as my moisturizer and I stopped at the Chanel counter (but didn't have my makeup done) but there was a very knowledgeable Chanel expert (not pushy at all) who recommended I come and let her do my makeup the three products are:
Base Lumiere (a primer)
Vitalumiere (foundation)
and a creme bronzer base to be used either under or over foundation Soleil tan de Chanel bronzing makeup base. I like cream products due the dryness of my skin. Any reviews would be appreciated.
I've tried Dior Sprayon foundation (drying) , Estee Lauder and Mac, Mac being the worst for my skin. I've also tried drugstore brands but those were even more reactive. I've had mild success with Laura Mercier silk cream foundation but found that if I am not careful with the beauty blender it actually flakes off on my face.
