Yes, I did get mine at CVS. Their prices are not the cheapest but I get a lot of coupons that help out!

Same here -- my derm. has me using the cream on my skin and he says it is the best.  Also, I have switched to the cleanser for my skin.

I really like this ointment on my lips so far.  I don't know what else I would use in on though.  Maybe if you have extremely dry heels and/or elbows or someting.

I, too, find CVS expensive.  But, Amazon can be far higher.  I check around all the time for the best prices.  I haven't bought it yet, but I will.  I now call on dermatologists and rheumatologists for the product I promote so I'm going to see if any of my derms will give me samples since it's not a prescription.  I haven't seen any yet so I doubt the reps have them.  I don't think CeraVe gives the reps many samples.  Eucerin does.  But, the derms seem to still highly prefer CeraVe.

Where did people get the 25% off beauty coupon?  TIA Win

Looked interesting until I saw that the first ingredient is mineral oil, which I normally don't use on my skin.  Glad you're seeing good results, and thanks for the suggestion.

There are some smaller tubes (3 & 5 oz.) and sample size jars at ebay.

For those who don't like silicones, it also has dimethicone. I personally don't have a problem at all with silicones, actually like them, but I've had such good luck with Aquaphor Healing Ointment (no silicones) on my lips that I will stick with my tried-and-true.

Both products have mineral oil. I'm fine with that for a lip ointment.

@AngelPuppy1, I have been using it on my heels and it really is doing a great job in this cold weather.

Wonder if it will work well on my cracked heels...

I don't know if that stuff works on cracked heels or not. I have been using my Emjoi along with Beekman salve. Their salve works pretty good for soft feet.

It  better work!  I checked on Amazon and 5 ozs. is $32.80!!!

check at CVS

Amazon prices, at times, can be crazy high.

When you shop Amazon enter what you are looking for in the search box. It will come up with several sellers with all different prices. That way you can get if for the best price. Some of the sellers on Amazon are ripping people off & Amazon should run them off. There was something DH bought at Sam's that was almost $11. He found it on Amazon for $20-$30. Ridiculous.

I received a small pot of this stuff when i purchased my last jar of CeraVe cream and decided to try it on my lips.  Oh, man -- this stuff is great!!!  I have such terrible dry, peely lips and have been trying everything, everything on them.  I have only been using it for 3 or 4 days, but I have to say I have seen a big improvement!  I just wanted to share in case anyone else has this problem.  For me, it works better than Aquaphor.

Thank you for posting this!!  I love Cerave!   I didn't know they had an ointment.   I have the worst peely, dry lips, and I'm always trying new lip products.

I tried it because I love everything CeraVe and it was just over priced Vaseline to me. If your looking for something great for your lips try Paulas Choice Lip and Body Treatment Balm. I've used to have a terrible time with my lips until I started using Paulas Choice.
