Cancelled Item Shipped Anyway

As you know the website has been acting strangely lately. Today I got a notice that an item I had cancelled had shipped. So just wanted alert everyone to keep a eye on your cancelled items for a while. Thankfully it was a Easy Pay Day item so the cost on my Credit card will not be much till I get it straightened out.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the foundation order I DID want to receive... well, I received just an empty compact yesterday, no makeup in it. So I had to get that corrected too!
