Re: Cancellation? Are you kidding me?

I've missed out on cancelling orders. I've written to QVC, and they tell me, because I tried, they'll not charge me for the return. You all need to communicate more with QVC. You'll be surprised at what they will do for you... off the books!

If you email CS, they will let you know that an order can't be edited once placed. But of course you can send it back for a refund....which takes 5-6 weeks after they receive the returned item to process. I accidentally order two of the same thing late November. By the time that my order arrived, and I sent the order back, I got a refund from Sephora mid February.

If you live near a Sephora store, you can return an item there purchased online and get an immediate refund.

Thanks and trust me, that is what I'll do next time! It was a bad return experience. I'd also lost the tracking number of my return. More specifically, I used their free return label and didn't think to write down the tracking number because I assumed that it would be on my "account" like it is here at Q. Nope, it was nowhere to be found and CS couldn't track the package either. I will definitely return at the closest store next time!

I cannot believe after all these years that it still takes that long for them to process returns! I've never had to do that because I have one fairly close and return instore but I remember the complaints from years ago. Wow and they never improved their process, unbelievable.

Re: Cancellation? Are you kidding me?

Shop HQ immediately went into "in Process." I don't know what they are doing under Evine. Companies are doing anything and everything they can to limit returns, even though their website and hosts cajole you into thinking its no problem to send things back. I've never had a return to Sephora, the two defective items I've received were cheerfully replaced without a return. I guess the lesson I've learned is to be more thoughtful and less impulsive in ordering.

Terrible. And I know that I've complained about Q shipping prices and the return shipping costs, but my recent Sephora experience made me really appreciate the overall QVC shipping and returns experience.
