Can you use a foundation with SPF with DermaDoctor Photo Dynamic Therapy lotion?

Most of my foundations have SPF in them so I don't know if I can use it. I called and emailed the company over a week ago and still have no answer. It says no extra SPF necessary but does not say if you can use it in your foundation. Does anyone know? Thanks.
