I tried to get onto Smashbox.com the other day and it wouldn't recognize my e-mail/PW combination. It said I was in their system, but I must change my PW, so they sent me a temporary PW to use to change my PW. I went through the process and still it would not recognize me. So, I contacted support. They gave me a few things to try, mainly involving my cookies. Still doesn't work. They finally came back and suggested I try to reset my PW once again, which I did and it still doesn't work. It seems their only suggestion is for me to call and place an order. But I don't want to do that since I can't use my Ebates that way. I even tried it in a different browser with the same problem. Anybody else have this problem and able to fix it?
