Can't get my Juliette Has a Gun perfume open

I splurged and bought the 3.3 ounce size instead of the travel size. Well, neither I nor DH can get this thing open. Any hints?

Hmmm, you should just be able to pull the white top off to reveal the silver sprayer underneath. I just watch a youtube review of the 100 ml/ 3.3 oz Juliette Has a Gun Not a Perfume and watched her pull it right off.

Check to eee its clear plastic wrapped maybe?

I only have the 15 travel samples or id illustrate it myself.

I tried calling and got minutes of loud music before I gave up. Then I emailed two different forms of their address Frangrance.com and FragranceNet.com and neither was a recognized address. This is a glass bottle, not the plastic one that seems to be what shows in certain places. It is quite expensive or I would give up. The fragrance is a single note, so they tell me, and I am not allergic to it. I am allergic to all fragrance and had a perfume graveyard until I found a desperate friend that uses perfume to disguise the fact she is a sometimes smoker.

@depglass - Have you tried running hot water over the throat of the bottle? I wouldn't submerge the bottle in hot water. That might heat the fragrance and change the smell.

Is there a store local to you that sells this brand? You might could call them and see if they have advice.
