Can't decide on foundation

I need foundation and can't decide what to buy. I'm 54, some lines, drier face (not like at age 18 LOL).

It all looks good when they have the product reps on. I just want the perfect base for my age. Any recommendations? Medium skin tone, I don't want a dry look or chaulky.
