Can't Write a Product Review

When I sign in to write a product review, I get an error message: "The Website Explorer Cannot Display the Page." This happens only when I sign in for a product review. I can sign in to buy a product and to get into the community. Is anyone else having this problem? My computer is working fine in all other respects. Any techies with ideas for me?
