Can't Switch My Next Half-Gallon

I called cust serv to change my Dec flavor. I got Watermelon (smells goooood) but wanted to change to TT for my Dec shipment. She said could not do. I said the Wen team said you could switch for the 2nd shipment. But because Watermelon is a "Kids" I can only get another "Kids". Bummer!
