Can someone tell me which brand has.....

the best BB cream?? I was thinking of ordering the one Tarte has, but it's expensive. Then I saw that Maybelline, Garnier, and L'Oreal have them also. I am looking for something that will give kind of a "soft focus" look, like the way some primers do. BE's Prime Time primer gives that kind of look. But at the same time, I want it to give a bit of a dewy look. Has anyone tried Tarte's or maybe Smashbox? I would love some suggestions.
