Of course you can ! Sugar only is a problem if you ingest it and it gets absorbed through your intestines with the help of your gallbladder. Putting it "on" your body is fine.

I think I'd question your doctor's diploma if he wasn't just kidding you ! {#emotions_dlg.sad}

This just made me laugh. Unless you're going to eat it, it's not going to affect your blood sugar. Reminds me of how ridiculous it is when Chaz says don't worry if you have Celiac - our products are gluten free!!
