I'm happy with Mac...they sell pallets with multiple colors, reasonably priced, or singles. I have several of both, and they're great. You can go to any Mac counter and get a free eye make over with instructions....then just buy what you like.

Juvia's Place eyeshadows are my new favorites. The pigmentation is beyond amazing and I have yet to meet a person who has tried them and not liked them. Last time I looked some of the palettes were on sale on their website.

I just tried some Sephora Kat Von D and found them to be highly pigmented very blendable. Very nice.

I think that Mally has very highly pigmented eye shadows. I have several of her eye shadow pallettes, and I really like them-very good color payoff..I also have a Benefit eye shadow pallette and it also has a high color payoff....

Colourpop brand. $5 per shadow - cheaper when they have kit sales.

Viseart (spendy), Wet N Wild (amazing), Anastasia, Kat Von D, Lorac (kicks up dust), Makeup Geek (very reasonable but online only), most Urban Decay, ,most NYX singles, Inglot (in some of the larger Macy's or online), Jeffree Star and Juvia's Place. For the money, the more recent Morphe palettes are hitting it out of the park and you can't beat the price or variety.
