You won't believe this. I purchased the TSV last month when it was the pumkin ginger and the big 32 ounce and 12 ounce spray. Well, I have been using the PG and I put the rest in my closet. Today I went to get the 32 ounce out and realized that not only did they not give a pump for that but they also didn't give me a spritz pump for the spray mist! I don't know how I didn't realize when I bought it but I didn't. Now hear the best. I called QVC and asked them if I could just get a couple of pumps as I paid for them and their answer was they don't have any, can't request them from WEN and the best they could do was make me send the whole kit and kaboodle back for a refund! I explained I had already started to use it, and that I wanted it. She said it was sold out and short of giving me a partial refund, there was nothing she could do! How am I supposed to get this stuff out without a pump?! Any and all suggestions would be very helpful, as customer service certainly was not! I am really livid!
