If you return before 30 days, you get your original shipping refunded -- always. If you return after 30 days, you may not get your original shipping refunded.

Unless the product is defective or in some way the problem is on QVC, return shipping is on you; either the prepaid label is deducted from your return, or you pay for your own return shipping.
