Anastasia has a clear waterproof mascara product that makes any mascara that you like waterproof and smudgeproof. It may be called Genius Lash, sorry I didn't look it up.

I just wanted to report back and say that I ended up ordering Paula's Choice Illicit Lash mascara. I love it! It doesn't smudge under my eyes by the end of the day like other mascaras have done. I have to admit that I didn't have high hopes for this mascara. Skin care seems to be Paula's niche rather than make-up. I was placing an order with her anyway so decided to give this a try. My lashes are sparse, and this mascara really gives me nice full lashes.

Maybeline Full and Soft waterproof.

I have used all kinds of mascaras - low to high. Since they all start to clump after being open a month, I like to change them out often. This mascara is the best I have found.

It means China which still requires that all cosmetics for sale in that country be tested on animal even if previously, historically, proven safe elsewhere.

So they still test. They shouldn't be allowed to say that they don't.

Any waterproof mascara will do. Try one from Physicians Formula. They are animal friendly and pocketbook friendly too!

I use Mally's Volume mascara. It works. I have a ton of allergies and am always warm and this stays on my lashes. I lost count of the number of mascaras that I tried but they always ran at the corners of my eyes or gave me raccoon eyes. This will work on my lower lashes without any problem. Bobbi Brown is good but depending on what type of concealer you are using you may get a few smudges if it's really hot and humid. Mally is my #1!
