Calling all CT and MA gals

I am in search of a salon that will do a hair makeover. I have yet to find anyone who will look at the texture of my hair, shape of my face and just do a cut and color that he/she recommends. Everyone I know of is too scared to do their own thing, they always say "what is it you want". If you can recommend anyone, many thanks!
