Calista Tools Embellish Texturizing Definer?

Hi All, I have never heard of this brand (Im new to the Q) and was wondering if it really does what it says it does. I have pin-straight hair and I would love to get some volume it in, its right around my shoulder blades with lots of layers. The video looks great, but you never know if these things work or not. I currently use wen cleansers and was wondering if this would work in conjunction with them or if anyone has tried this and could give feedback? Or anything else they like that give great volume?
