I've wondered about that too.  I recently purchased "The Perfector" from Ebay.

She has a new one that Kerstin was part of a video on FB.  She was having her hair done by Maria and they introduced a new tool that previously sold out on QVC.  This one is the EliteAir Multi Style Dryer Gen 2.  I was thinking of trying it.  It can be purchased from her web site.

Guess the thrill is gone on QVC for Calista but her website has many offerings. The Perfector is still my everyday tool for keeping my hair under a little control. Not a fan of her products, though, just the tools.

I have tried her products and tools--sent them all back.

@rms1954  I think they got mediocre reviews at best. I purchased 2, and tossed them both. Her waving iron was a bust as well as the curling brush.

I do have a number of her tools .. some worked for me and a few didn't.  This one looked interesting so I'm going to order it cuz they sent me a coupon for 25% off.  I put it in my cart but don't check out and that's when I got the email discount.  Works every time. LOL

It is probably a too many returns problem.  I have tried many of the products and have returned most of them.

I do think the perfector is better than most , less damage , but i really like my Dyson Air styler , if you can afford it. Also i don't fall for hype , but her smoothie brush , is one of the best i have found for thin fine hair , gives all this great lift I had it a year before using , i thought what is all the hype about this brush , but it is really that good. I don't know for super thick couse hair though
