Who ordered this in the 1" size?  Mine looks a lot bigger than 1".  The box says 1 but I feel like the one I got is way bigger than an inch.

@rms1954    Did you try to measure it?    I would try to measure it on the top, and across the brush.

@Katcat1 Not sure where to measure.  Can't get to the barrel cuz of the hard bristles so not sure what I need to measure

1" is the barrel diameter, not including the bristles.  Measure across the tip of the styler, not around the bristles.

I have a few of the Calista tools.  When they offer a new tool, I'm never sure what size I already own.  I've suggested to QVC that it would be a good idea to somehow indicate ON THE TOOL what size it is.  It can't be that hard to put a sticker or something on the tool.  It's hard to tell just by looking at it if you have the 3/4" or the 1", etc.

The way I measure my Calista Perfecter is lay it down on top of a ruler (or tape measure) like this. Look directly down on it, between the teeth, and check the barrel size against the ruler. It's difficult to tell in my photo here b/c of the shadows, but my Calista measures 1-1/2" in diameter. Once you look at yours this way then you'll see what I'm talking about.
