What kind of treatment did you have? I am in need of something. I just don’t know what!

Re: COOL PEEL CO2 LASER

[ Edited ]

I checked out the machine he uses last time and it's called "tetra'.

I just loooked up some reviews and pictures of results on patient's.

Some of these pictures are up to 6 months later.

I sure hope for great result as I was not nearly as bad as these two photo's at all.  I owuld have handled something happening which I did when I started laser's in my early 49's and yes they have come a long way.  So much better.

We shall see and I know I know it's about patience.

I don't think I will need vbeam even though it has wonderful reviews because of what I already did.  I have no vein's, etc. on my face.  Still some redness but from what I'm understanding this is part of the healing and won't leave for a few months.

Here's pic's.  I should have started with my neck for that bit extra from first treatment and could kick myself for tightening and smoothness. We are having company all next month here at house and so I can't do anything until September.

Here's before and after's I looked up:

@SilleeMee  Hi.  I was just researching the "cool peel" treatments and I went to his machine last time too look and saw "tetra" by DEXA.  It seems to be the best by the reviews.

From the articles I'm reading it takes 4 to 6 months for final results and will last as long as one stays out of the sun.  Yeah right or when you continue to age...lololol.

The good news is I went and had hair colored last Tuesday and he said your skin looks much better, jaw more defined as well as neck.

The jury is still out my dear and we shall see....

ok, just reporting to anyone interested like I said I would.  I'm 6 weeks out of my 4th cool peel treatment.

I'm wearing a brighter color lipstick in this pic.  I wish we had "feel aa vision" or something.  The skin is really baby soft but I'm not yet convinced.

I don't wear foundation.  I only brush around in circles with some powder as I like to see some imperfections.  I think it's more naturals like freckles.  Light and airy too.

Will keep you posted and wait out a few more months before I reach a final verdict.

I'm trying to take the pictures from the same place to keep it real. This is a quick shot with me not smiling for you to see. I'm now 11 days out of the second treatment.  You might notice my swollen face is gone. It was swollen and sore.

Pores are definitely getting so small and skin is very smooth.  Collagen takes time to build so I will not see full results for quite awhile but from what I see I like especially less redness and quality of skin.  Tightening, ettc will come later.

Not the best pic but a quick shot. @LuvSoCal  asked for it on foundation thread.

@SilleeMee  I have one side of lip a bit crooked.  Had it straightened out with RHA last week.  Just a touch.  She had a bit left and put it in a marionette line below side - see bruise. lol.

PS.  I would like to discuss RHA with you soon.  It's a new filler completely different than what's out there from Switzerland.  Not many doctor's use it here in US yet.  My two do and that's all they use all over the face.  It does not give you that fat puffy look.  Very natural.  You don't even walk out swollen with ice. Amazing.  It's some  science you would understand about long chain, elasticity, etc. Smiley Happy

@Pink123  I'm trying to compare this photo to your most recent and it's hard to see much of a difference except for the minor bruising you experienced from a filler and that has, of course, healed by now. The doctor told you it would take several months to notice the most improvement.

I hope you are eventually happy with the results. You sure invested a lot of time and money. But, if not, oh well...now you know what not to have done in the future. Thank you for taking us on this little journey with you to see if it might be right for some of us who are thinking of doing something a little less invasive. BTW, I have to say you look really pretty without foundation. The new filler has you looking very firm and lifted.

@SilleeMee  I have a question for you please.

It's even hard for me to go out in the sun for 2 minutes (it feels like 110 here in Florida.

I went and picked up my car today from having it serviced yesterday.  It was sitting in the burning sun all day and my face blew up in the car.

Here's my point.  I can get flushed for anything these days.  My pores are very nice and closed.  I cannot use even a Dr. Denese glycolic acid pad because it burns and reddens me so.

So I'm using the cerave moisturizer twice a day and that's it but the skin texture is very nice I must say.  That's is something you can't see on the picture darn.  Will this continue?

I can't use much of any acid's anyway, my mom never did only used something called Elta or Ulta?  She had beautiful skin into her 90's.  no exfoliants at all.

@LuvSoCal  Hey.  Like I said to Silli my pores are virtually nonexistent and the skin is baby smooth.  I have to say my jawline has more definition than before.

PS only put some RHA around the marionette, lines, etc.  he didn't go after the jaw.

Like I said time will tell and I will come back to haunt him....Woman LOL

@Pink123

I'm sorry but I'm not understanding your question? Are you asking about acids, exfoliants, moisturizers...??

@SilleeMee  yes, will I need them going forward?  I don't see it happening anytime soon with what I did.  I'm so sensitive.

My question is maybe I won't need them for a few years?
