If you think not being able to wear makeup is bad, you're quite lucky you don't look like my husband does right now. His face is beet red and scabby and he has a hole in the top of his head. He is self conscious about it, but it doesn't keep him from doing things.
He had MOHS surgery back in November. Along with that, he's also had to put some sort of cream on his face that slowly burns all the skin off, or that's how it appears to me. Don't think he would've been able to wear makeup during that entire time had he wanted to. They're just now letting him stop the cream and allowing him to use soothing products.
