I've been hooked on Carolyn's Bissette's minimal makeup since I first saw her in the press. Love the pale skin (yeah, like mine) with the less makeup on the eyes and that stand out lip.

I've been watching the series LOVE STORY on Hulu and am trying the  brighter, but not red lip. Good look for spring/summer.

Anyone else fascinated by her makeup/style?

She was a natural beauty- I don't care for a dark red lip on anyone. It looks fake and garish to my eye. JMHO!

I have never heard of her, but not a fan of pale w/ a bold lip myself.

Carolyn Bessette was the wife of JFK Jr, they both died in plane crash 3 years later.

Caroline Bessette had a look that didn’t need effort. Minimal makeup, clean lines, and that perfect red lip, simple, modern, and stunning.

Have never been a fan of the pale skin with a bold red lip.  RMS does the same and while I like RMS, I think the look is harsh.

Who is RMS? What name does that stand for?

@LizzieInSRQ  RMS is Rose-Marie Swift  a make up artist and has a makeup line called RMS BEAUTY ( although I think she sold the company)
