I caught the tailend of a presentation of some Calista hot rollers today.  They claimed they were NEW but appeared like some from years ago but they were teal back then.  Any ideas or opinions on their usage?

@Boomernichols  ITA they look like rollers she had years ago, especially the longer rollers for long hair. What gives?

I bought the CHI hot rollers, I wish they were a bit larger they made me have some wild curls, my hair curls very easy.  I tried the second time leaving them in longer and it worked out better.   In the 90's I used hot rollers every day.

I used to hot roll my hair everyday too in the 90s lol.  But I've never had any of the long rollers like they presented. I'd love to know how they work on longer hair though. Now that my hair has grown out quite a bit the regular short rollers wouldn't work well.

I had the original set - two of them, actually.  The heat stand gave out on part of it.  It never gave me good curls. So glad I have s short, easy style now. A blow dryer and a round brush is all I need   Once in a while I'll do more with a mini flat iron.

If I straighten my hair with a blow dryer and round brush and want some waves, I roll each section while stil warm on large velcro rollers. If I leave them in while doing makeup, etc. it's more than enough curl.

My curly wavy hair tends to curl well even when partially straightend.

first time i have seen her's. I like them but don't need them, yet. I use some i've had for years and use Redken's Hot Sets before hand. I also use the Hot Sets, when i use my curling iron-perfecter, too.
