These sets of rollers (in either long or short hair) were on the other day. I looked them up and the ratings are worse than horrible.

Why would the Q continue to push a product proven to be so inferior? Those that haven’t checked online & will surely return them and be quite angry when they read reviews.

To please customers, it makes sense, to go through inventory and pull such products with only 2 stars.

I agree, because after watching a presentation, I was very tempted to order, but I thought Let me go look at reviews first. I am so glad I did. The reviews are horrible!!!!!!I then wondered why are they even promoting them?

@ShanusI bought them when they were first offered -  returned them.

Bought a few new velcro rollers for about $4 -  perfect to give me a bit of crown lift and easier to use than those hot rollers were.

I never understood why Q would try to sell poor rated products either.Quality and value were the old Q mantra. The price of those rollers should be reduced greatly and they should be in a clearance bin somewhere.

I use a large barrel curling iron...about 1 1/2” just to touch up a few areas, but thought the same as some have mentioned...How nice to be able to put in hot rollers & then go about my business w/ makeup, etc.

I can’t find a decent set of rollers! They’re all either too small, a mix of sizes and too many small and medium and only 4 large or one set had 12 huge 2” rollers w/ none for shorter hair at neck, etc.

Are there none out there that are good?

I think the issue is reviews are a small fraction of sales.  If there are 3000 sales and 100 reviews and 62 are bad, it's a small percentage.

I've had another set of her hot rollers and they weighed a ton. I have fine hair but a lot of it, and they just slid off.

Maria pushes lots and lots of tools that are not satisfactory. I wouldn't touch her hot rollers.

I do have two of her Perfectors. I would rather she come out with fewer tools but better ones.

@febe1  It makes me wonder if Q purchased her salon/product line.
