If shopping from TV, don’t usually have computer handy to ck. reviews. Maybe instead of only showing when items have 5 ⭐️  reviews, they should also say under description when it has 2 ⭐️s...especially now that after 1/2 hr. order’s placed, it’s in process and can’t be canceled.

Luckily, I had second thoughts, waited until this morning and read the reviews & changed my mind.

@Shanusit baffles me as to why they keep wasting time of items with such neg reviews...totally agree and see it ALL THE TIME.

I feel like saying if you put this up (a good item I know of) that would sell!

I wonder too whose looking at if they are even bother looking at reviews..well yes they are as mine was flat out honest with something but I was firm....it was deleted. So I waited and put it up again augmented albeit but it stayed on following a SLEW of others saying the same dang thing.

I truly depend on the reviews and I can see the phony ones by dates and they have no other reviews and many of them (like on the product I raised cane about)..it's like they may think we are unaware/dumb of something and can't see through that ..it's so contrary to that we are very much in the know lol. I was gonna get it too even though I've seen it so many x's but did know the bad reviews, it may work 'well enough' but that's not good enough now that I'm older. Wonder why we can't ask questions on HSN about an item which to me is important when buying there? I think they used to have that option IIRC and they put all of their neg reviews on the last pages lol. Again, like we are not hip to the game! eye roll
