I seldom buy beauty products from Amazon.  In addition to the fakes, the prices are often outrageous.  I either buy direct or from a trusted site like Sephora or Dermstore.

There is a very similar product I picked up at Target recently which works as well, if not better than the salux for my skin.  The brand is "The Bathery."  The reviews aren't 5 star, but I'm very satisfied with mine.  It is a little less in price also.  I've used several brands of the salux and salux - like cloths.

Hello Friends, 

Amazon is refunding my money and issuing a $15 credit towards any Amazon item. The fraud/risk team is supposed to contact me within 2 weeks. The CS rep told me to put hot packs on affected area, see a doctor and take Tylenol. CS rep hasn’t seen my skin and I thought this was strange. 

I ordered directly from the Salux site and am excited to receive the real cloths.

after reading this thread, i just remembered that at least a year ago, i signed up on the salux web site for their newsletter or whatever they are calling it. so far i haven't received anything from them. i was under the impression  that from time to time, they would have a sale.

i'm wondering if anyone else has signed up for it and if you have ever received any emails from them?
