I wouldn't let my daughter play with Barbie dolls.  My parents had her out shopping one day and came home with Barbie dolls, Ken, and a pink Barbie doll mansion.  I am 110% certain that my granddaughter and she will not be going to the movie.

@monicakm Ooh a hunky PT guy admiring your pink top and pretty makeup and calling you a princess- best day ever !  I wore a pink purse, pink blouse and skinny jeans the other day and a couple of guys yelled out "Hey pink girl! Come over here!" haha  I laughed and smiled and waved at them from across the street and kept walking.  Pink is such an eye catching color and so flattering.  I love color theory and according to the famous 1980's "Color Me Beautiful" book, I'm a Spring: I wear lots of springtime colors and  warm toned pinks in coral pink, peony pink, blush pink and a warm hot pink.  I absolutely adore pink!

Pink and all shades of blue just fell into place. No warm tones for me. My home is a Texas ranch house through and through until you walk into the master bedroom and ensuite. I had just finished doing an EKG in the E.R and as I was headed back to the lab, I literally ran into my future husband.

He didn't say anything about my clothes or makeup (nor should he).  That would be inappropriate.  We have a good time   I don't think there is anyone who could make me work like he does.

Would that have been in the 80s?  As in the Don Johnson/Miami Vice days?  I got my husband to wear pink and other pastel tees and jackets but he's not about to wear pink today!

@monicakm I'm sorry for misreading your post- I didn't wear my reading glasses when I read it and misunderstood ! Way to go for having a personal trainer! I'm sure you look lovely in pink and I'm glad that pink brings you so much joy!

Yes, he was.  That's when I became a fan, so I followed him to Minnesota.
