Hey girls, I have little bumps on the side of my face that are the same color as my skin. It's not that noticeable except in certain lights. They are barely raised. The dermatologist thought it might be rosacea related, although I don't have typical rosacea symptoms like red cheeks or anything. He said to avoid scrubs and granules. It seems like I'm getting more of them. Do you think the stimlight (LED) or any creams might help?
Thanks in advance.
