What's the best product to lighten or get rid of brown spots on my arms and hands?

Lemon juice - soak a cotton ball and apply several times a day for several weeks. Or, look for a lotion or hand cream that contains a decent amount of hydroquinone.

Check out asdmbeverlyhills.com. They have lightening products designed for the body. I just ordered a three piece kit from their line to try. I think their 20% off sale ends today. Just be sure to wear sunscreen on your treated areas or the spots will come back.

4% Hydroquinone from derm doc or 3% Nadinola from Walmart.

Same as myshell, go to ASDM of Beverly Hills they have a body lotion to lighten or remove spots. Also use a good sunscreen or they will return. No offense but I feel like the queen of brown spots. I have vitiligo and it has been my mission for over 10 years to lighten my brown spots. Exfoliate your skin, apply a lightener, moisturize and lots of sunscreen.

For years, I have used Palmers Skin Success Eventone Fade Milk. It's 8.5 oz of lotion for about $8. I find it at WalMart. I like that it's a lotion and easy to spread. It has 2% hydroquinone. I started using it just as my spots showed and now I hardly have any. But this is years of using. Very hard to get rid of spots, a long time. I'm diligent about spf otherwise, the spots come back in a NY minute.

I apply every other or third night.

One of the best things I did, skincare-wise, starting early on this.

I only had 3 & didn't want to wait weeks. I used wart remover & it worked like a charm.

I like murads spot lightening treatment. It's 2% hydroquinone. I have been using for about a month or so. Ulta as a trial kit for $15 with it, cleanser and moisturizer. I recently bought the full size. It seemed to be getting lighter but then I was at the beach and I didn't do the best with the sunscreen. So i feel I'm almost back to where I started... But I'm still using it.

I had a big spot on my cheek. I used this and it did work but I would not recommend it. It is a strong treatment and you have to really baby it with something like Neosporin. My spot got a tad infected before it healed completely. Luckily, it didn't leave a scar.

Have you looked into laser therapy? If you have a lot, it would be worth the expense to just get rid of them.
