I'm trying to find mascara for my lashes (black is too harsh, and brown-black makes my eyes look weird). I remember a long time ago there was just brown, waterproof mascara. Just BROWN. I used it in high school. I think it was Maybelline in the pink and green tube? They have brown, but not waterproof anymore. I tried my stores, Amazon, Sephora, Ulta... why is brown mascara so hard to find these days? 

Do you ladies know of any brands that carry just brown, waterproof mascara? Some suggestions would be nice.

Dior makes a chestnut color that looks like a medium brown on the brush, but looks darker and more beautiful on the lashes.  I have blonde lashes and it's less harsh than black.

Just for redheads has 4 different brown shades, only 11 or 12 dollars. Free shipping. I have blond lashes, I got the lightest shade and it looks very natural.

JMO But I really do not see a remarkable difference in wearing a brown mascara or wear a brown/black. Really?
