It's from Urban Decay.  The line of shadows is called Moondust.  They have 4 or 5 colors maybe more.  It came out in 2013 (I thought it was earlier).  It's not out yet but they have a holiday set of4 or 5 Moondust colors in one palette.  The color I posted here is their iconic Space Cowboy.  That is also the name of the palette that will be released this holiday season, if You Tube is right.
