I'm fine with QVC having house brands mostly.  So many times what you get from them for real brands are out of date, "made for QVC", or they sell zillions of cheapened ones and do damage to the brand.

I don't mind that QVC features brands which I cannot buy at every cosmetic counter I can visit on a casual shopping trip around downtown Chicago. The brands which I am devoted to, and can purchase in stores have to  wow me with a fabulous set and/or offer some savings over buying at a store.  I think QVC does an excellent job in this regard with Laura Geller and Josie Maran.  In some cases some of the brands which I do now patronize in stores and elsewhere is as a result of being introduced to the brand through QVC.  Tarte is a perfect example of this for me.  I never would have looked twice at a Tarte counter had it not been for Maureen Kelly's excellent presentions of her brand.  Bare Escentuals did not even have counters in department and beauty stores, or their own shops, in my area before they became a national hit on QVC.
