Botox - dermatologist or plastic surgeon

I am going to get Botox for the 11's. I don't think any skin care will address this, and I really hate them!

I am wondering who the real specialist in injecting it is. I am going to a plastic surgery practice for laser hair removal, so I could have it done there. Or, is a dermatologist the real specialist?
