Boston Hairwtylist Comes To My Town

I received a postcard in the mail the other day about a stylist whom has worked on Newbury Street for 13 years, featured in Allure Magazine as  Makeover Pro, trained  with Vidal Sasson Bumble & Bumble and Kevin Murphy Certified Colorist  and certified extension specialist. For a cut her price is $45.00.

I live in a very small town and was intrigued to see a new face in town.

Her name  is Laurie Santoro. Has anyone heard of her?

Re: Boston Hairwtylist Comes To My Town

@cuddlesmama   took a peek at Laurie's  website and Yelp. from her past salons,   she got some very good recs on yelp.  her salon would be a drive but close enough where i would book w/her for highlights/color. It would be a hike for me, maybe too far if i needed color correction or toner which 9 out 10 times i do.  her cut/color prices are in line with salons here and none of the stylists here have as much training as she states. she has a couple tutorials on her site for 1st Day, 2nd Day and 3rd day hair styling.  i never knew i was using a curling iron incorrectly!

Re: Boston Hairwtylist Comes To My Town

@cuddlesmama She's actually closer to me than my current long time hairstylist and her prices look very reasonable.  I would definitely check her out if I was in the market for someone new.  Kevin Murphy products are great too.  Keep us posted if you decide to give her a try.
