Boo hooo! QVC cancelled my 3rd Tarte Glow Your Way to Gorgeous AD

I always thought that when you order an item on AD that you will receive it even if you delay the shipment. I was wrong as my 3rd Tarte GYWTG AD order was cancelled by QVC & I never even received an email. When I noticed this, I reinstated it. However, the next day I received an email stating that this item is no longer available. Too bad. Has this happened to anyone else on an AD item?
