Body Frosting Question

Is the Body Frosting really moisturizing as stated in the description? I'd like the to try the Angel Glow for the Super Saturday price but I'm afraid to take a chance. I've had to send quite a few things back lately and I'm worried QVC might get upset with me. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
