It's a gorgeous color but is it really heavy and dark when applied??

I think Bobbi Brown's eyeshadows are the best. I use a primer but hers are the ones that stay all day.

@Carolina925   If I can remember back to when I used eye shadow, I used the BB Shadow Sticks (waterproof, all day wear) as my primer and some shades as my shadow. One and done. Laura Mercier sticks serve the same purpose.

@AngelPuppy1   Not to offend @monicakm 's feelings, but I don't know where I would apply that or a similar dark/sparkle shade. Different strokes, right?

That is a beautiful color.  For me, a light touch or perhaps use as an eye liner.

I would put a light neutral color on the entire lid and just use this on the lashline with the right brush. Beautiful blue
