Where could I buy a tightly packed good round boar head brush? I checked Amazon and didn’t see anything good. The Wen brush didn’t get great reviews on QVC.
Thanks

Do you by chance have a TJMaxx or Marshall's near you?  I have seen Round Boar Bristle Brushes at the stores in my area.  HTH

I've seen some at Sally's Beauty. On-line you can see them, too. Here's one, has a 5-star review:

@jobizSurprisingly, I purchased the most recent one in the health and beauty section of a large, independent grocery store. It is rectangular in shape, with a wooden handle and 100% natural boar bristles. Very much like my others which cost much more. When I saw it, decided to pick it up to keep in my car. Seems like it was under $12 or less (don't really remember now, but it was reasonable).

You might want to check out Ulta.  I just purchased a round boar bristle bush there yesterday and like it (have only used it once).  I have fine hair and have a hard time finding a round brush that has enough grip and doesn't get tangled in my hair.   The one I bought is by Olivia Garden.  It isn't really tightly packed, but it didn't get tangled at all and had enough grip while also having enough slip.

@jobiz  About 20 years ago, I spent what I thought was a ridiculous amount of money for a Mason Pearson brush...pure boar bristles. I still have it, good as new & have never needed to replace it....a case of purchasing the best up front and having it for a lifetime.

@jobiz  Just checked on the brushes in each bathroom. They must be from The Vermont Country Store. I've had them for decades. All wooden handles, 100% boar bristle brushes and not as expensive as what I expected. Comparable in quality (I think) to the brush found at the grocery store recently for my car!

I found a brush like you are looking for on Amazon called ''The Marilyn Boar bristle round Tuxedo'' brush .  They come in different sizes  and are just like the ones that my hairstylist uses.  I think you will love them....bristles are very tightly compact.  These brushes provide lots of smoothness and shine to my hair.
