Navy looks really nice on me. It makes my green eyes much greener. I'll wear navy liner or a navy on my lid but nothing lighter or pastel.

I have green eyes.  My best shades are mauve - plum.  But I do wear blue and it works well for me.

I wear blue eye shadow but I have to make sure it mute it way down.

This is precisely the color of eyeliner that I would use.  Thanks for the tip.  BTW, my search continues for just the right shade of blue.  Have gone online and in B&M stores.  Still, no go.  Lots of shimmer and the mattes are too bright.   Not giving up.  I just know the right one is out there waiting for me.  Smiley Wink
