The SC helps me add some curl to my hair, while protecting it from drying. It also adds shine and body for me. CC, SC & RTM are my 3 most used products.

Styling cream for me. My "aha!" moment came when I followed Chaz's tip of mixing it with some RTM and applying to soaking wet hair. What a difference! I use 1.5 pumps of SC mixed with 8 sprays of RTM from a 2 oz. bottle. Smooth, shiny hair---every time!

Vermint, I am going to have to try this. I sometimes use the RTM added to the SC but not on soaking wet hair.

For years I used the CC without any styling cream. I finally listened to Chaz and added it and what a difference it made, I was floored. I haven't bow dried my hair since last Spring and I really don't want to start again. I use the 613 styling cream most of the time because it has the shine complex in it and I mix it with 6 pumps of volumizing spray.

The styling cream is the heat protectant product.

susan25, I was initially using the SC on my hair after taking it down from my wrap...it was pretty damp, but not dripping. Then I'd use the RTM separately. Results were OK, but not what I wanted. When I tried mixing them together and using them right after I rinse (I don't even squeeze any water out with my hands), it was definitely a WOW! for me. This is the closest I've gotten to WEN model hair as far as smoothness & shine!
