The vendor tells how much stronger each phase is than the previous phase..50%, 67%, etc., but I've never heard, or read, the % of retinol each phase actually has...
Anyone know?

On the Beauty Bio website it doesn't mention percentages of the products. It says it contains a proprietary blend of retinyl, retinol and a retinoid. Anyone's guess is as good as mine...no clue of how much of that stuff is in it. I highly doubt we'll ever know.

I tried the Bio 45 and I liked it but couldn't really tell the difference in the strengths. They all felt the same on my face. I got a prescription for Retin A from my doctor and mixed it with Neutrogena night cream with retinol. I love what it does for my sking and it's a lot cheaper.

@skittles2 I tried the system in the beginning of the summer and could easily tell the difference in retinol when I got to the second phase. Both 2 and 3 were too harsh for my skin, but phase 1 made my skin look amazing. Since then, I have purchased only phase 1 and am happy with it.

Thanks everyone.
I want to begin retin A, but thought I'd try a formula not as strong to ease into it.
Decades ago I tried Renova, it was too strong for me. However, it may have been my fault; maybe I applied too much, or the use of other skincare contributed.....and, at the time, I was unaware I had autoimmune diseases- thats a biggy.....
so I may not be a candidate for Retin A, but I hope I can give it a try.
I thought I'd try over the counter retinol in a weak strength and build up to ready my skin for Retin A.
What do you guys think?

When I first started using RA years ago my skin freaked out badly. I stopped using it because of that. Then I found out I was applying it incorrectly. If you get it right then it will work for you. This Hot & Flashy video says a lot. It's very helpful:

Great info. I've found I'm already a subscribed member to Hot & Flashy, under a user name I'd forgotten.
Thanks so much!![]()
