Best product for hair growth?

I have medium length hair, and I'm looking for a way to grow my hair long. Does anyone have any products they've used that they would recommend to me? My hair seems to grow pretty steadily until it gets just below the shoulder and then its like it just stops growing. I get a trim about every 6-8 weeks to get the dead ends cut off, but it still seems like it stays at the same length. Anything you've tried that you find works really well??
