Best for sensitive skin and rosacea

Help - I am overloaded with options and don't know where to start. I am using Philosophy cleanser, exfoliator, hope is not enough and moisturizer, but I think I need to step it up because me skin is irritated and red. Does anyone have what has worked for them?
