@Shanus LOL!!!  Yes!  "Too many notes!" Remember the movie Amadeus?  LOL!!!

And I am puzzled by skin care that offers to "soften" or "tighten" my face!  It's soft enough already.  That's part of the problem.  Tighten sounds like another "issue" to me--not a solution!

I considered working in advertising.  Now I am VERY glad I didn't.  Woman Very Happy

@Sooner   That's funny. LOL

Isomers—- Manuela knows her science and skin, has helped me look youthful at almost 60. So has Elizabeth Grant and of course Dimitri from Skinn. Over the years I have alternated between the three and in fairness used the products alone when doing so. Those are my favorite…..

My daily routine is apple cider vinegar to cleanse and toner. I loved it.

I try to get everything I feel I need in 2 or 3 skin creams.  I am, however, always looking for cheaper dupes but haven't found anything that works better than.....

IT Secret Sauce (day time)

IT Condidence In a Cream (night time)

Philosophy eye and lip firming cream

I have dry skin.

I only use products that are cruelty free(not tortured on animals) so I quit Purity. It got to be too drying on my skin as I got older. I love Skin Fix cleansing oil. I found I need far more than moistirizer now- I prefer lost of actives in it and something with retinol in it at night. Trying Honest beauty next.

Dr.Dray always states if she is reviewing a product she received and she really only like super basic stuff like LaRoche Posy, Avene, Cetaphil and Cerave. Basic stuff that I have seen in my doctor's office. She is very against perfume and unncessary ingredients. I just watched an episode titled -don't buy these expensive brands. She also did a review of the different kinds of retin a, and what to believe. I like that she puts up research from derm journals to prove her point.

anyway, that is your choice not to like her, or any other youtubers, I totally get it. She is quite different. in my opimiom , than those girls selling stuff for companies. I learned a lot from Dr. Dray, I really do not buy or wish I could buy expensive stuff anymore.

 totally get it if you don't like her.

thanks

@donna71  - agree with you that Dr. Dray doesn't get paid to promote a product.  Maybe some of the you tubers get paid, but many of them don't.  It's too bad that some posters think they're all dishonest when they're not.
