Have you tried Maybelline's Age Rewind? I recommend the Neutralizer shade. That one has color-correcting pigments and it's a very universal color for many skin tones.

@Shanus Hope this isn't a silly question but is there an undereye concealer that works best for us who don't wear makeup? I too have hereditary dark circles, always have. I can even see it in pictures of me when I was a child. TIA.

@Desertdi wrote:An eye serum that contains Haloxyl® will actually remove dark circles. (It takes about two months for results). I have been using this for years.
Arnica and Hesperidin too. I've been using Distinction Firmalift serum and Mad Hippie eye cream. I have no under eye darkness.

My favorite is this that I got here on Q but seem to be sold out. The best product I've found for this. Westmore Eye Effects.

@LindaSal On days I don't wear any makeup or foundation, I still need a bit of concealer under my eyes...inherited darkness, too.
I haven't seen a cream or lotion that will eliminate that. Sometimes these dark circles can be from the loss in volumeunder the eyes causing the shadows that seem to make this area appear hollow or darker.
Concealer, in the correct shade, can be lightly applied and blended into the skin so it's not visible.

I love IT CC cream - the full coverage 50 SPF - great foundation and eye cream - it covers my dark circles better than any eye concealer I've used. I apply it with a brush and it's not heavy or cakey.
That being said though I'll look into the Haloxyl eye creams.

@spent2much This is an excellent choice and it works. 15% off if you are 1st time buyer on their website. It's the Corrector. $32 at Bobbi Brown website.

@Katcat1 Most know that BB corrector and concealer are my "go to", but not convinced yet that I like this new stick form.
I'm thinking it's a bit thicker than the pot form and also will get used up sooner.

Oddly enough, I find darkness around the eyes to be a natural smoky eye. Why, as women, do we constantly want to cover up our natural ways of being?
