If it has to be from QVC what about original Bare Minerals?  It covers well and feels good on most people.  Other QVC foundations I would recommend would be Bobbi Brown's Longwear, Laura Geller Balance 'N Brighten, and I would not exclude Tarte's Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Powder foundation.  Edward Bess's foundations feel lovely, but to be honest I have not taken the plunge to wear test his because I refuse to pay $65 or $70 for foundation until there are no more good ones on the market for under $50.
