I purchased a few items on sale from Benefit. The last one arrived today and I did not care for it. Nowhere on the Home Page advertising the sale does it state that it is non returnable. Nowhere on the Sale page itself or in the description of the product does it state it's non returnable. I called CS and I was told that I cannot return it and that it is stated on their return policy. Now why would I read the return policy upfront? To me that is very misleading. I also sent an email with regard to my displeasure. If they don't take this product back, it's Bye Bye Benefit. Do you read the return pollicy first?
