I read the medium has some pink undertones.. just one review of 4 on MUA I think.. or maybe here.

I wouldn't mind a true neutral shade. I love the color of Medium Tan in Bare Minerals for this reason.

Rowdy, glad it's working for you! How long have you been test-driving? Just wonder how it wears as the day goes on. While many are glowing, it has a mixed bag of reviews.

Some of the women in my demographic aren't quite as pleased as the younger women.

FYI, I just turned 59, but for the sake of my skin's condition we could say early 40's...Wink{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

ETA: Q reviews are confusing.. Some say the medium runs too light, others just the opposite, which is to be expected with the nuances of different medium complexions which vary greatly. Most concerning are the older women who aren't having as much luck.

Some are saying this adapts well to the skin-tone once applied.

I love that foundation but had to get 2 colors ( light and medium) so I can mix it and get the correct shade. I am typically light/medium in the winter and medium in the summer. The light was too pasty for me and the medium just too dark. Was not happy about getting 2 colors since it is expensive but will last forever and the finish is unbelievable.

So glad you found something that works well for you. I was interested until I saw the ingredient list. Unfortunately, it has a silicone base, and silicones break me out badly.

Ingredients: Cylcomethicone, Dimethicone, Polysilicone-11, HDI/Trimethylol Hexyllactone Crosspolymer, Talc, Polyethylene Oxide Lauryl Ether, Butyl Acrylate/Hydroxypropyl Dimethicone Acrylate Copolymer, 1-Carboxy-N, N,N-Trimethylmethanaminium Hydroxide Inner Salt, Trimethylglycine, Silica Silylate, Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C), Crithmum Maritimum (Sea Fennel) Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Algae Extract, Polymethylsilsesquioxane.

May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Bismuth Oxychloride, Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499).
